• Solid testimony of their faith and life in Jesus Christ.
• Active in a local church with a solid doctrinal position.
• Well respected in their local area.
• Interest and/or experience in agriculture or gardening.
• Able to teach.
• Committed to the mission of EFI.
• Willing and able to attend conservation agriculture training.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to communicate via email and WhatsApp.
• Passion for or connection with the Global South.
